Sweat heart neck line (i think it's called.. Correct me if I'm wrong please) w/ a strap to tie behind neck.
Tag says size 5 that's why I put size 6 on the listing. I think it can fit someone smaller too (a bit stretchable). It has a zipper in the back though.
There are No rips, No tears, etc. on the dress. But it is a bit dirty. (See pics for details please). if you take it to the dry cleaners, I'm sure it will be in even better condition :)
