janiege30 @rom79 this is a vintage gucci, I believe it's from the 80's. and yes strap is adjustable. Exterior is in great condition for a vintage. Interior is showing some age but still have a long life left. No holes or tear!! I think it will be perfect if your short. I am 5'7 and when I wear it as cross body the bag is just right on my hip.
