hburkett12 @smallstuf23 It comes up high enough to cover any boobage. Lol. This was actually meant for my Mom to wear at my sisters wedding that never happened. She is conservative and is also about a 38C as well. It fit nicely with nothing showing. Very pretty on.

hburkett12 @smallstuf23 Hi love. I just took some better pics for you. The spot is in the last pic about 5-6 inches from the bottom. Barely noticeable. The top of the dress has a tiny bit of stretch, not alot. Its a bustier top with the supports to hold it up.
