Fun, retro skirt from Forever 21, size medium. Never worn. A tad big on me unfortunately (have to pull down to my hips to make fit). Beautiful colors of navy, orange, yellow, teal, and fuchsia! Lightweight rayon fabric. No zipper, banded waist. Waist measures 14" lying flat. length measures 17." For reference, my measurements are: height-5'9" waist-24" *all clothing kept in a smoke free, pet free environment *crop top sold separately :)
