shahk1 @miss_moneypenny the tag says 62% polyester, 32% rayon, 6% spandex. I would say the waist doesn't have any stretch because of the detail, but there's some through the seat. I think this brand runs a little big.

sandy_shops I love the skirt but I'm hesitant about the fit. High waisted doesn't always work for me. And I'm 5'1"...don't know if I'd be able to shorten it and not ruin the cute look!
