It is not a scarf, but can be tied around the neck of a Peter Pan collared white blouse or black one and look really girly. 100% silk ties. Just an idea. Consider it. ๐

marlanap@billiejeam Good Morning! Thanks for your very kind words. I may need to rethink what I posted. I am Tall so my sense of proportions is slightly different than the Regular-sized person's. For instance, my arms are pretty long. I know that this top will definitely fit a size 14 person. I can go back and try it on to double-check the proportions. How wide across the shoulders do you need it to be?

marlanap@hollynoel25 Thanks for the like! I am speaking as a Tall person, but this top is fine for a size 12 or 14 person. The sleeves were never long enough for me so I always wore the cuffs down. If you are not Tall, this top us perfect for anyone up to size 14 in my opinion. But I will measure for you too. ๐

marlanap@hollynoel25 This has a loose fit. I used to wear a matching sleeveless top under it, but that is gone now. So this top I used to wear like a jacket. A Black Tank top would look good with it. Or the top alone. In short, the measurement is basically 42 for all 3 measurements you requested. Silk you know has a fluid quality to it that I love. 42 is it give or take an inch.
