mdickerson16 The smallest part of my waist (above my belly button) is 30 Around my hips is 36 (which is below my belly button) Around the biggest part if my butt is 39 And from crotch to belly button is about 12 inches

mdickerson16 I measured a pair of shorts that fit me comfortably and they measure about 33-34 inches around the inside!!! And those meet exactly at my belly button! And from my crotch to belly button is 12 inches. So if you have shorts that are about 12 inches long (from crotch to top) and are about 33-34 inches measured inside around the waist they should fit!
