@aldonza128 OMG! Where are the spots. I saw no ink spots or any spots for that matter. The dress is new. I always check items before wrapping to be sure nothing is wrong. Unfortunately I don't do returns. I can only tell you to file a claim with posh. Wow, my customers are important to me. I am so sorry it turned to this.
