fatihaire @missaisha555 thanks for letting us know . Tell me do u know how to contact posh on phone? I sent them 2 emails and they didn't get back to me :( U might b able to answer my question . I made a purchase sns after 8 days still didn't receive it so I contact seller to know when she mailed my package . But she told me she didn't have chance to mail it (too much going on she said 😡) I said if u don'tsil it today cancel my purchases . She did cancel my purchase but didn't get money back 😩.

missaisha555 @fatihaire hi no way to reach them By phone but keep emailing poshmark support and I'm sure they will get back to you. Does it show as canceled on your purchases? It usually takes a few days for the refund to show up or for poshmark to respond

fatihaire @missaisha555 yes it shows canceled . I try to reach the seller but she block me 😳(wonder why) I will keep emailing them. I was afraid posh policy won't refund me because it was cancel , but it will b silly because she didn't even mail it
