lela7979 I am one of the 3 million people that suffer from this. Seizures started while I was a teen, not knowing why or what exactly was happening. It is a very scary thing to wake up from. You are unfamiliar with your surroundings, to the point where you hardly know your own name. Of course, it depends on the severity of the seizures. They can very from "zoning out" to full blown convulsions. I take daily meds and thankfully they have been happening less and less over the years. I will say, meds are not the only thing that go into helping with the case. I for one had to start paying close attention to when it was mostly like to happen. In my case, extreme stress and/ or lack of sleep can trigger it for me. Once I realized that, I really had to work on controlling stress levels and letting it affect me to the point where I was physically suffering for it. I'm sorry to write so much, but I always hope I can give another person some insight from my own personal experiences. I do not know your case, or if this is of someone close to you. But please do not hesitate to ask any questions that you may have. Stay hopeful and work with it. 😘 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗

nanijack @heartofagiver Thanks for checking on me. I have been resting a lot. I have been getting testing done for an autoimmune disease, We are just trying to figure out if it is Lupus or something else. As of January, I will have to be on blood thinners for the rest of my life due to blood clotting issue. So, it has been a tough road, but I am managing. I hope all is okay for you and your loved ones.
