rubip Yes go. I looked it up online with the tracking and it says that a notice was left. So I'm guessing that that means they left you a notice because you weren't home. So I would go and give them the tracking number to see where it is. @glennys1320

solsticelove What is your rate? I'm 5'2 115. Not fat but need to tone up. Not looking to lose but I don't want to have beastly muscle either. Lmk!

rubip Hey @solsticelove I know exactly what you mean and your goals are very attainable:) What I do is make meal plans utilizing herbalife products in the nutritional plan. I would put you on my lean and fit plan. With that you would receive a meal replacement container, a protein container, a herbal tea and a cell u loss supp. Our goal is to change your lifestyle and eating habits. To insure that you are meeting protein requirements. Your recommended daily allowances of nutrients vitamins & minerals. And also that your getting all of this in the right times of day. Nutritional timing is very important. So with that I give you a typed out meal plan that has many food and snack ideas.
