girlfriendsgift @coventry_lane it comes with everything you see. Not exactly sure how tragus earring works. It has the large piece that cuffs around the ear and then it comes with an extra piece. Not exactly sure if that is to be used for your other ear if you like or if it can be used as a tragus earring. Sorry I am not much help.

girlfriendsgift @juliecruz777 No only for one side. The smaller earring you use on the opposite ear. We do have some styles that is for the right or the left but not both.
