kklwww @bribbany sure i lost 17 lbs already i box but i also work out a lot treadmill on incline for 30 minutes n weight training 4 times a week but for eating stuck with turkey egg whites protein not. A lot of fruit. No sugarfree stuff have regular sugar if u want in small amount stay way from diet drinks n my real secret is water cayenne pepper n syrup drink it all day

kklwww @bribbany i bundle as well just so you know i am new on the website and also take reseda able offers. Fill a bottle of water everyday a large bottle n put two table spoon of cayenne pepper i table spoon syrup n lemon juice sip on it sll day it curves ur appetite a lot
