subchick @kristy531 I can check into it. I'm at work and will not get out of here until 8 tonight. I do know its hard to set up using a phone versus setting up on a computer. I've had trouble setting up using my iPhone but not on the computer. I'll keep you posted when I hear something from them. I'm sorry you having such a hard time setting up. It's really a great company and adds extra or full time income depending on how much time you have to invest in selling.
