jessicaslover I have a question- I see many suggested users use paypal and host picks using paypal..was under the impression it was against pm policy and could not go against guidelines to be a host pick or suggested user..not trying to get anyone in trouble just curious how that works out? smalls40 @pm_editor not to be a party pooper, but it seems like the ladies that host the parties take advantage and list all THEIR things in the host picks, including their "on sale" "visit my closet" posts... Makes me not want to shop their closets.. It almost doesn't seem fair. While the rest of us wait on tip toes waiting for that special moment we MIGHT get lucky to get a HP... They are too busy posting their whole closet in the HP... I'm sorry, just had to vent... 😞

collectedlove Please, I've sent a Louis Vuitton bag to NYK, using ups so I could insure my item. Somehow, my item says sold and shipped and NYK has received my purse but can't release funds until her end says shipped. molly1267 I have a problem I have been email support and now one responds u sold an item and purchased a shipping label at the post office because my printer doesn't work to print out the poshmark one the item was confirmed delivered but the buyer won't respond to me or accept it!

collectedlove @molly1267 Hi Molly, My issue was finally resolved but not without me losing belief in Poshmark. I sent several emails w words like Fraud in the messages and finally a couple of weeks later, I received a response and they released the funds. They told me that I have to use their mailing document in order for them to track it properly but I wanted to insure the LVbag for what it was worth so I used ups w a tracking system. Ugh, it was not fun. Good luck. Tammy

I just had an issue with a purchase off here...and with it being my first time shopping with poshmark, sure wasnt a good way to start off business with a new customer...but I have high hopes that It will be taken care of properly...and after seeing this comment it sure does worry me....I will let it be known of the outcome either good or bad...
