rachelmarie363 @bswirl81612 sorry it took so long to get back to you I'm about to have a baby in 2 weeks and it has slowed me down. The length is approx 41'' from the top (folded over), the waist has a stretch but I measured it without any stretch and it was approx 30'', and the fabric is rayon. The sale price is listed, let me know if you have any other questions :)
