bltjunior @rosyy_laraa Yes it fits tight on the waist. :) The waistband is elastic and fits tighter there. Also, I sold another dress similar to another posher for $25 so it wouldn't be very fair to discount it too much more. What price were you thinking?

bltjunior @rosyy_laraa Oh okay. When you put the dress on it's not tight at the waist since it's elastic. I thought you asked cause you were worried that there'd be no wait definition. :) But I think it would work. I just went to see how stretchy the waist in and it would work! I only said that it was "tight" as in it doesn't billow out. I hope that makes sense! Haha.
