I've thought about tailoring them a bit but it would be a lot of alterations needed & I don't want to lose the integrity of the pant. aliciarosev @jessregelson hi Jess! It is in the east village in NYC - they are on my block and done by the famous "Mosaic Man" Jim Powers. He is an East Village institution and is famous for his mosaic lampposts that that have been taken down by the city on numerous occasions (sadly) he is crazy old now & can barely walk, he moves around in an automated chair and will move with a cane when he has to walk - but he is still going at it and doing mosaics, bringing much beauty & joy to our neighborhood.

jessregelson Hi Alicia! Thank you for the information! I used to live in NYC and was very familiar with Jim's lamp posts. Once I saw him working on one, after I moved to Providence, and I was in the Village visiting with a friend. It was a tribute to the NYFD ( after 9/11). What an amazing man.
