@innatsshoes Natalie, this is even more stunning in person! Laid flat, the narrowest part of the waist (above the peplum) is a little over 12.5", so it measures approx. 26" around, and it fits true to size. I believe this designer small is equivalent to a 4. It's really beautiful! π
