blustarr@cleegarcia : Thank You so very , very much for posting this!I've suffered seizures since 3 of our children were killed by a drunk driver and those of us remaining not only had their loss but also had to get ,schooled", AND QUICKLY , about Epillepsy and dealing with my seizures CORRECTLY~along side learning how to go on without 3 of us ... I have had DOZENS of trained medics and every nosy rosey try to shove sticcks between my teeth,had my shoulders dislocated three times while clenched~~ By PARAMEDICS.......Suffice it to say it is one endless horror after another. The singular positive aspect is that I am never conscious at the time. My poor family is constantly shocked by their ineptitude . So much so that they endlessly compare schedules so I shouldn't be alone. Guilt for breakfast and dinner....So....I wear my bracelet, have instructions on my phone , in my wallet AND STILL-BARBARIANS! So hopeless,sometimes.... I think, if you don't mind, I'll do as you do and help this community oof women understand WHAT NOT TO DO ;-) You've brilliantly helped spare us possible further damage and embarrassment by posting this. I am ever gratteful ! Blu *

swausomesause@blustarr awe I like you and stress and major emotional drama I feel contributes big time to it. So try to put yourself in easier situations not to become over stressed easily.
