Best described as classy and sexy... At the same time. This top has a silky feel with swirls of blue, purple, and white colors. The shoulders are embellished with fancy beading and stones. As you can see, the front is low cut for some exposure. The cinched elastic waistband hold everything in place. I've worn this a handful of times, and it is definitely best paired with white jeans and high heels. Dark jeans, heels, and a white blazer looks awesome as well.
