liseaa @erix ..hi I have a question/problem I am hoping you can help with. For the first time in selling more than 50 items on posh, I have a buyer claiming that what I sent was damaged or stained. It was not when I sent it and I am not sure what to do. I hear about people on here that damage goods or switch them. I would never sell a stained or damaged item without disclosing that ahead if time/in description. I am upset that this happened. Had this happened to you? What should I do?

erix @liseaa Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that happened to you;( I might be very lucky as that haven't happened to me yet. But I could help you something since I have seen some cases like that. Of course we are here to help each other! Can I see the list which the buyer claiming? If so just LMK which item. I would like to check the buyer and what she wants to do. Return? Claim? You should keep all dialogue between you and buyer, screenshot it. Just in case you have to report the case. I will be back to you later, have to go out pick up my son. No worry, everything gonna be alright! 😘♥️♥️♥️

liseaa @erix ..thanks so much for your reply. I got in touch with her and posh mark...she sounds legitimate/hasn't had an issue like this before. She says there is a faint pen mark on a pair of new jeans and took a picture. I don't want to get into a dispute, so I just told pm to send them back to me and credit her account. Not worth it to me to go around and around on it: will look at jeans when they come back and donate them if really have any kind of mark on them. I just get so worried somebody won't like what I sent or hear bad stories. I had one bad thing happen before when somebody bought boots cheap from me and tried to resell for $150 more..saw that happened to you too with a purse. This lady with the jeans doesn't seem like she is trying to scam me. Thank you again for taking time to reply to me..I was panicked.

erix @liseaa Lise, I'm glad to hear that you made the best choice. I feel the same you felt about the buyer, she doesn't look like the kind of person. However those things, especially negative vibes really wear us out:( I think you did very smart. As poshmark growing there are so many kind of people around! I'm sick of reselling, low balling, ask hold and gone! At the same time I have many beautiful ladies who loves fashion like I do:) sometimes I chat with my friends off line posh mark even not only about fashion. Now I can't imagine my life without poshmark! You know how much I adore your closet, you do have such a beautiful closet and your items telling me you are beautiful person too😉😘♥️ Have a great evening and happy poshing!!
