btomas1 @prettykeyy this is eye shadow, but it's a creme so you can also put a color over it. I liked to use silvers and golds with it when I performed and it looked awesome. The paint pots are popular at Mac because thy make the eyeshadows really pop! (:

btomas1 @prettykeyy okay let me know soon please (: and yes it's like an eye shadow primer. So you can use it by itself or you can put another color over it to really make that color pop. For y dance shows, I used gold and silver, with black to make a smokey eye and it looked bomb.
