Great little stretchy dress with cap sleeves and pockets! Waistband is at natural waist for a very comfortable and flattering fit. Perfect for so many spring and summer occasions. I only air dried this, because it really fits more like an XS. hits just at top of knees. Side pockets are extra handy. True royal blue. Striped top half and solid blue skirted portion. Great condition!
