Comes with original receipt of purchase, sleeper and lock. I have a key with it but it doesn't unlock the lock. I sold another speedy and mistakenly mixed the extra key up when I sold it. The bag has a few black marks on the bottom of the inside lining that I didn't know were there until I took out the base shaper. There are no rips, tears, cracking or marks on the outside and no rips or tears to the inside. Personally purchased at LV in Austin, TX. As receipt reflects.
