I am sorry you felt like there was no thought into your box. 19 out of 20 are happy with there boxes so I am sorry you have a bad experience. I am a seller and a buyer. I kept editing my rating because I kept finding more things that were stained/defective, so that is my way of letting you know which items. I left private feedback which is definitely a form of reaching out. I wanted to leave all comments private for that very reason- I definitely am not one to post public comments, but yes, I am disappointed and the rating system is where feedback is left and where the buyer reaches out to the seller.

I actually do think buyers/sellers prefer the formal and private rating process over comments where others can see! That is definitely my way as a buyer to reach out and what Posh recommends.

I personally shop online literally everyday never want to be disappointed and that's how I treat buyers. They just have to reach out to me to even let me know
