If you share others listings, most everybody will share back! Attend posh parties and share all items that fit the party theme..that will get your listing out there in the posh world for everyone to see, not just your followers. Make sure you follow all posh rules- no trading, no paypal etc. overall, just have fun ☺️😘❤️

petalsandpearls @meg23 yes. You'll want to re-list them every once in a while. For people who have over 20,000 followers listing items constantly..you'll want to keep sharing items on the news feed for people to see.

mommy2007 @h_e_a_t_h_e_r search for items you have in your closet, example a Hollister hoodie, find people with similar items look up who's liked their Hollister hoodie,share the closets of people who have liked that item, they will in turn share your closet and spot the item they've liked in someone else's closet possibly for less! Do not comment on the persons listing you have it in your closet for less, cause that would be terribly rude, just an idea! Also look for listings that have the following "ISO" or "looking for" you might find someone looking for an item you have in your closet. Also if you do not have it but know of another closet who does connect these two people! It builds positive relationships. Ok that's it from, if you need any help do not hesitate in asking! You have very nice things.

petalsandpearls @deathlaney posh parties are hosted by people just like you and me. Poshmark sends them an invitation to host a party and from there the hosts pick out listings that match the themes of the party. Just make sure you follow posh rules, but you can find the hosts of each party under the "parties" tab. Usually you can tag them in a listing you think fits the theme. Poshmark announces party themes and hosts first on tumblr.

grace4d I have a question about shipping an item to someone else. I want to buy a gift and send it to a friend but the seller says they can't change the label on their end. When I change it on my end, the credit card won't accept it and if I change it after the transaction, the label then has my address on it. There has to be a way for sellers to be able to change addresses. Or is it up to the buyer to do this? It would seem unlikely. As a buyer and a seller, I should know how - IF there is a way.... Thanks. I did contact posh yesterday but no response yet. I've improved my closet a bit and added jewelry and I have a beautiful crystal butterfly clutch that I want to sell because it was expensive but I believe it was worth it. What do you recommend in a situation where you have something special like this? I'd like to see it in a Host Pick or something (maybe prom?). I'll have a regular crystal clutch and one in the shape of an owl. The owl is colorful! Have you seen them before? I missed the peacock one but I'm told they will look for one for me. I think I need advice on scaling up....my clothes aren't fancy but they are quality. I'm not strong on fashion but know metals fairly well. Thank you! Dee aka grace4d

petalsandpearls @grace4d hey Dee! Hope you're doing well! There isn't a way to send purchases to other addresses that I know of yet. Poshmark may make this change in the future or they might not. Personally, I would want all items sent to me first just so I can double check that the item is correct and in the condition the seller stated it was in. At least that way you know what you paid for. I saw the butterfly clutch in your closet. It is beautiful! There are quite a bit of sharing groups now where you can sign up and everybody that signs up shares a certain number of listings from each other's closets. I'm in one now where the rule is to share 15 listings from everybody who signs up. It can be time consuming, but definitely worth it. You'll see your notifications sky rocket into the 400's! Depending on how many people sign up that day. That will definitely get your items noticed. I wouldn't worry about what you have to sell, there is somebody out there that is looking for it with the same taste and style as you. 😊 hope that helps. petalsandpearls @smartiepp Hi Stephanie! Nice to meet you! There are quite a few sharing groups on posh that are started up by addicts just like you and me. Most only require that you follow all poshmark rules(no transactions other than on Poshmark, no men/kid clothes, only women's clothing and accessories, etc.) I'll tag you in a few that i'm currently involved with. hope this helps you :)

petalsandpearls @jaid_gilbert hi! You are definitely not the only one with this problem. I've hit a dry spell as well as a lot of others! Some are saying it's because it's summer and sales will pick up in the fall. Just keep sharing, sharing, sharing. Make sure you're sharing others closets as well because they will share back. There are a few fb pages for poshmark as wel that give great tips 😊 hope this helps

thisbrightstar Best tips I have after my Poshing experiences (good and bad, as buyer and seller): 1. Take a good look at items you may have been storing a while. Those patent leather shoes you feel like are 'new' may have deteriorated in the box. Before shipping something you think is New and unused, make sure there are no manufacturer defects.

thisbrightstar 2. Take multiple, well lit pics of your items from different angles. Natural sunlight is best. You kitchen light may be horribly dark on camera. This will help you spit defects as well. 3. Please list accurate measurements. As many as possible. I've re-Poshed and donated more than a few items because either the measurements were wrong, not listed, or I didn't ask.

thisbrightstar 4. Look at the Seller's "About" button to see if they've been active at all recently. It so disappointing to purchase a listing from an account that's been dormant since 2014. 5. Tag users and answer their questions if they've asked something on your listing. Please. It's likely they're seriously considering a purchase. You do yourself a disservice by ignoring questions. Update your listing to reflect the answers as other Poshers may want the same info, but are not likely to read the comments.

petalsandpearls @carlinr hi Rebecca! 🙂 With the bundle feature, you don't have to do a thing! Poshmark added that in hopes to make things easier for us. A lot of the time you'll notice someone adding items to a bundle and then nothing happens. I've noticed people will add things to a bundle just to see the pricing and never follow through. It is ultimately up to the buyer to create a bundle and pay, then you'll be notified of a purchase made. Hope that clears it up for you

petalsandpearls @ccrs_closet Hi Charlotte! :) You can definitely share to the party and your followers. Just make sure the item matches the theme of the party to share it there. Parties are great because it shares your item to the whole posh world, not just your followers. It is perfectly fine to share another posher's listing into a party!
