Silver plated with rhinestones Bracelet/Ring

Bracelet Ring with tiers and rhinestones. I've owned this for about 3 months and have never worn this except to take pictures. Very pretty but I have a small wrist and fingers. Unfortunately, I bought at Forever 21 & they didnt accept returns on jewelry. I took a pic with & without flash because without flash you can see that rhinestones appear a little dull from up close. It is not tarnished since new but looks great if it were to fit! Reduced 3/20/14
