meowdisonbby Yes it was hemmed & taken in just a tiny bit. I'm 5'1 but I wore heels that were about 4" & it still skimmed the ground.

meowdisonbby @balmaraz no they actually cut from the bottom of the dress to make it shorter, but it could fit anyone between 5 ft & 5 ft 4 in depending on how tall the heels are.
