sarahjosephine @blueeyedvixen53 Happy Friday! :) Yes, there is padding which runs from seam to seam on the bust of the dress (there is no bra, under-wire or anything like that). The straps are not adjustable. They measure at 16" (not sure if that's helpful). Unfortunately the dress is too small for me, so I can't model it :( I can take a picture of it on a hanger if that is helpful.

sarahjosephine @blueeyedvixen53 No problem! I held the dress up to me and it measures at about 2" above my knee (I'm 5'4"), but that's probably not the same as actually wearing it. The dress measures at 28" from the middle bust to bottom of dress; about 36"/37" from top of the shoulder strap to the bottom of the dress.
