Pretty formal dress:) size 3/4. I wears size 4 and it fits very snug. The white part at the top is yellow from sitting in the closet, but a dry clean should take it out. Similar to a dress Blake Lively wore recently! Retails for $150+, so cheap because it desperately needs to be dry cleaned:)
