I have to go to Miami today to see my parent and they don't even have wireless connection so I can't even posh over there. gracethedawn @pinpoint hi, I just got home I was in Miami visiting my parents and got stuck there because we had terrible rain storms. Are you type I. or II . Cutting sugar (white sugar or added sugar)out of your diet completely is great .....it's very hard but can be done! We allow a type 2 to have 4 carbs at 3 meals a day. Not including protein. Protein is free. The serving size should be 4 oz. with salad and veggie. Then the 4 carbs would be like 4oz soup, 4 oz potatoes, 4 oz fruit, skim milk, use this pattern 3 times a day plus 2 snacks mid morn & evening of 2 carbs, example yogurt, tuna or turkey sandwich the protein is good. This is only an example. This would be an 1800 Ada cal count. We use this formula at the hospital. Now, I live by the book "EAT RIGHT FOR YOUR BLOOD TYPE" by Dr. D' Adamo it's fantastic, you can buy it from amazon used for about 10. I bought it years ago new at 27.00 sorry my typing right now is horrible. Hope this answers your question. Dawn😘❤️

pinpoint @gracethedawn, wow! I'm type 2 and I've refused medication and insulin and don't monitor my sugars. Don't yell at me. Trust me, I hear it from other doctors I see when they order blood work to watch medication levels and my husband is on my back. I don't want the meds and insulin because I'm on 8 or 9 meds for different things associated with my bipolar and I hate living and depending on that many drugs much less adding Metformin and something else I can't remember plus the insulin. I will buy that book

gracethedawn @pinpoint I'm sorry I wasn't yelling at you😂 I felt like I was a work for a sec. Lol. The book is a life savor. It's healthy living. It turned my life around. Drs don't like it because they want you dependent on them. I know what you mean about meds, there are ones we have to take, and I would hate it if I was told to take more medication. This book has helped me lower my blood pressure & cholesterol, I feel better over all. Do you know your blood type.

gracethedawn @pinpoint Oh wow, your just like me. The book says no, milk, wheat, corn, sugar, gluten, pasta, potatoes .our bodies need a lot of protein, beef, lamb, fish, shellfish, high iodine. Lots of veggies. I never really ate meat, and always drank milk, bread, until I read the book as to why type 0 can't have these things and it made sense. I was on 2 gram synthroid for my thyroid after 6 months on this diet I no longer need medication. I'm sorry my passion is healthy eating no processed foods. Sorry, if I sound like I sound like a preacher .

Foods that inhibit your thyroid from working are, corn, Brussel sprouts, cabbage, lentils, and foods that help your thyroid to function are high iodine foods like shell fish, shrimp, seaweed, sushi is perfect, strawberries etc. don't think of me as Dawn the dietician but dawn the friend,😘❤️

I was staying on the beach for a while and would wake up every morning to catch the sunrise, it's just as amazing as this pic. This was my fav. I had 2 sales yesterday and many inquiries today, 😘 I'm having a lot of anxiety just knowing I have to work 4 days straight. Today, I met my mom for lunch. That was nice I had a beer it relaxed me. It was a really nice Irish pub. It's in a outside designer outlet. Coldwater Creek was having a Going Out of Business sale 65% - 80% off. I wanted to buy so much and sell it here. But I didn't want to invest that much money, they also have some nice mannequins they are down to 75. But the sales lady said they will be there another 3 weeks and keep checking on them. You can get large envelopes & boxes free from the post office. It must read "priority mail". Also must say "Mailing Envelope" you can also go online with USPO and order your supplies and they will deliver them. Free to you. I hope this answers your questions😘

gracethedawn @sh0p4life Oh, no worries! We were all new at one time. Yes, I use 2" thick clear. You download the shipping label on regular paper. I cut it down to size then cover the label with clear tape to protect it. You can walk in any post office and ask for the boxes. There is no charge.

gracethedawn @sh0p4life Oh no! You do not pay shipping the buyer does. When you download the mailing label you just slap that label on the box and ship it. If the items fits in the large white mailing envelope or one of the boxes you just drop it in one of the free standing priority mail boxes. There's always one at the post office. You don't have to check it in. The label is already paid for by posh.

If you decide to purchase more than 1 item from a closet you can combine them to save on shipping also, a discount follows from the Seller depending on how many items you purchase. I f your browsing a closet & see a few things you like you can click on the item and on the bottom of the page it says "add to bundle" then you can figure out how much the bundle will cost. Providing the buyer has a discount listed.
