It's a beautiful light blue color with a silky band around the waist that ties in the back. Perfect for wearing to a summer wedding or any special event. The material of the dress is similar to taffeta or chiffon. The dress has a "V" in the back that makes it look very elegant. It's only been worn a couple of times.
