joellienicole @closet_finds Hi Doll! If you look on kate spade's website at this item in the info section it says that it has 14-karat gold plated hardware (it actually refers to it as "light" gold since it's a bit lighter) but basically the logo plate and all of the other hardware(like the little buttons on the zipper pulls, etc) is 14-karat plated gold. I believe she does this on all of her products in an effort to use quality materials but I'm sure there may be some exceptions out there. Hope that is helpful! 💕👜💕
