Forever 21 XXI navy blue white aztec tribal skirt

Extremely high quality skirt, it's actually embroidered and made really well. I ordered it online and the outside tag said XS but the inside tag of the skirt actually said medium, so they made it mistake! So sad, but I'd rather sell it on here!
