kkherma @mljb05 I'm at Cardinal Stritch for Grad School in their Language and Literacy program! So funny!! It's a very tough job but the difference you make is so overwhelmingly special! Let me know if there's anything I can do to help you in your job search...and if you do end up with a Kindergarten level I have a wealth of knowledge/resources (going into my 5th year of K) 👍

kkherma @nkado13 Hi there- I shipped your order (among 13 others) last week Thursday. None of the orders ever started tracking but all except yours have been successfully delivered. I contacted Posh Support on Sunday to tell them that I had shipped all of my packages but that they appeared to have not been scanned by my post office 😔

kkherma @bboopers54 I just sent a message to Posh Support. The package seems to have been delivered to my post office but then routed back to you before it was delivered to my home. I have no idea why - this has never happened before. I’ll keep your posted when I hear back. Feel free to reach out to Posh Support on your side too.

bboopers54 @kkherma I already contacted POSHMARK but it will take them at least 24 hours to get back to me. Have you called your post office to find out why they did what they did they didn’t even notify you? kkherma @bboopers54 No worries - I was excited about getting the clothes! The post office closes at noon on Saturdays (it’s 1:40pm now) and closed Sundays so I will have to wait until first thing Monday. It’s so strange! Actually I’ve even purchased from you before… a really pretty semi-sheer nude and black turtleneck top…and got it delivered right away, same address. Sorry for the inconvenience - we’ll get it sorted out. I definitely still want the items 👍🏼

kkherma @bboopers54 Hi there! I called this morning and spoke to a women who said she didn’t know the exact reasons but she “suspected insufficient postage to be delivered” based on the standard 5lbs labels. I wasn’t sure of the total weight of the package and/or if you upgraded the label for a heavier box so I couldn’t say for certain that’s the answer but she claimed it’s a common occurrence. Does that sound like it could have been the problem?

kkherma @bboopers54 If so, I have some possible solutions - 1) cancel the existing order and split the items up into a few smaller orders or 2) buy another item in your closet for higher than asking price to cover the cost of an upgraded label for this existing order (they go up to 10lbs I think)? Let me know your thoughts- totally willing to be flexible!

bboopers54 @kkherma No we weighed it and it was 3 lbs. Not even close to 5 lbs. I just am not financially equipped to loose this merchandise. POSHMARK is going to have to deal with this prsince it was their label that was on the box. I am really freaking out now.

kkherma @bboopers54 I understand- I wish there was more I could do to help track it. I’m really hopeful it will be routed back without problem 😕 I’d very much like to repurchase when it arrives or even start buying some more of the items I’ve “liked” if that could help you financially, but of course I want to figure out what the delivery issue was first so it doesn’t happen again.
