jessica2_lynne1@kcjst3 Hi! I took the belt right off the dress, I only even took it off because it was too difficult to fold with it on. I'm out of town for the week but when I get back, I will measure the belt that is on the small and let you know the length. It's not supposed to be tight to you, it is supposed to be a little more loose. It was a little loose on me as well. But I will let you know as soon as I get home :)
