augustpinkstyle @lisdmitrieva Designer items are priced like they are because they're made to be flawless so Chanels and the the like are flawless even if they're pre-loved. The stitching and of course the hologram inside the bag are tell tale signs if one is not or if it is. The authenticity card is not a guarantee just because fakes have that too. Once you've seen an authentic item be it Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Christian Louboutin, Hermes, etc, you'll just know. augustpinkstyle @ads0727 I would ask for photos of the red sole especially the one with the stamp. Also, the insider heel part where the sides and the back heel inner lining are usually sewn together. Those are usually tell tale sign because designer items are usually seamless and perfectly printed and aligned. You can post on your closet and just tag me and then just delete it later on just to prevent any drama. If it's not authentic, then you can always report to posh.

morgan415 They are very slow. They drive me crazy honestly. But it's because they make money on replicas, so they aren't in a rush to delete listings :/ it's all automated, so once a certain number of accounts report something, it gets deleted

morgan415 I think it's somewhere between 10-20 accounts that have to report it. It doesn't matter how many times you report it, it will only count once. Its really sad that they don't care. They think the automated part is good enough and they don't think a real person needs to monitor for fakes (I spoke with them on the phone which is how I know). So they never actually look at what is reported. Sad, right?

I remember them deleting a listing I made of a scammer more than a year or 2 ago and emailed me why my listing was deleted - because I need to leave it to them😬. Someone who stole photos including mine and that only took the same day. In the meantime, she was selling like hotcakes because her prices were so ridiculously low. morgan415 Yea it's really sad to me where their priorities lie. They have plenty of money to hire a couple people to look out and remove replicas (I told them to hire me lol but they said no) and monitors the reports, but they just don't care. Hopefully they clean up their act soon because it devalues our authentic items 😔 but anyways lol...guess not much we can do but help each other out!

mtcogrl07 @yorimoto58 Sorry to butt into your conversation about the marker on your item. If you haven't already done it, try using rubbing alcohol. This takes pen off most items w/o ruining the item/surface. Rubbing alcohol evaporates, so no residual after drying. This is why our elders used to advise that hair spray would take pen out of any garment, etc. (it has the alcohol in it) Hope this works for you. Continued..
