cassandra8187 @vekee sounds great and congrats! How did u do it? I am a 2x and have been struggling! I've tried diets and I'm terrible. I joined a gym and went as much as possible but I'm a single mom and it's really hard to get free time. I just bought Zumba for the wii! Any tips?!? Lol thanks!

vekee I did not follow any diet. What I did was I ate a simple Michelinsa dinner (1.00 at Walmart or a dollar store, mine was mashed potatoes and meatloaf) watermelon, Kellogs crackers with Laughing cow cheese, sugar free pudding and sugar fee cool whip, whorlers carmel sugar free candy, drank lot of water. This is what I ate everyday for a year. I weighted myself every day, I lost a lb a day. You always end up at a stand still, where no weight comes off, but I was determined and just kept going. I lost a hundred lbs in the first year. I didn't waver, even when we were invited out, I kept to sm portions. The great thing is I kept it off. Now I eat what I want only in sm portions. I just recently lost another 18 lbs. I wore men's clothes. Where I live, there are no high end stores, Walmart is the closest, lol and their 2x's are gross, lol, I didn't want to look like an old lady. What started it all was renewing my drivers license, I saw my pic.....I was appalled! My husband had never said one word to me that I was fat but when I saw my pic, I just wasn't standing for it!. And......I did not extersise(sp). I walked, slowly at first, then upped it. So that's what I did, it's a goal and determination, that's all it is. If I can do, you can too!!!! I hope I helped you in some way. These diets they have out there, are only temp. fixes, I needed the real deal! In my opinion, when you do your own thing, you've got better success! I hope you give it a try, if you get hungry, go for the watermelon, fills you up and you can eat as much as you want!

cassandra8187 @vekee sorry I was driving :) thanks for the weight loss info :) it would be $34 for all after the discount. I can't go any lower because it is going to weigh quite a bit to ship all that and if it is over 5lbs I have to pay an additional $6.99 for shipping for each pound over.
