ladynvelvt @designer4lessny makes a great gift! I can ship it in a black Saks garment bag and with a Saks shopping bag if you like as a gift. Can't help with sizing :/ sorry. Please note that the jacket is a 42 regular and the pants are 34 regular unhemmed. Also this is a tux so it generally sits higher than the hip (if preferred)

ladynvelvt @designer4lessny the tuxedo fits true to size so if he normally wears a size 40-42 jacket/blazer then it will fit perfectly. I am not a professional at taking measurements - you can go to www.suituppp.com/pages/suit_sizing and that should give you a good reference for the sizes for a 42R.

ladynvelvt @designer4lessny also if his mother or brother have any jacket tops at home they could prob get the size. My bf wears a 40-42 consistently.

ladynvelvt @designer4lessny no worries. sorry I can't provide refunds and I cannot guarantee fit. I suggest you check the measurement guide I sent or find out what size ur bf generally wears in a blazer or suit top. Dress shirts are sized by the neck size - which is the number and then the sleeve size which is the length. The neck size generally has notning to do with the blazer size - bc neck size is only relevant for closing a dress shirt up high around the neck in order to fit a tie. So my bf wears a 16.5 neck and 34/35 sleeves. Otherwise he is a large in shirts. Again he wears a 40-42 blazer and this would fit anyone who is either of those sizes.
