Prom dress

It's long, has a pleated bottom, I'm 5'4 and it dragged, so heels would go best with it. In the upper left and bottom right hand corner of the picture you can see there are little snags, I bought it like that and was fine throughout the night. It's very flattering in person and it stands out. Although the bust area is for those with bigger chests, about a high B, through Cs. Size small. Price, negotiable.
