It is a crime to trade and never recieve your end .I have been scammed twice and the last I standing up it nobody is going to steal she may have stole from me but it will be last time she steal from anybody as I have lawyer also. It is wrong !!!!!!

beverly321 I reported the girl that scammed me to her local police, I got my items REAL quick. People suck but there's so much you can do when you get scammed, you have their address! Thanks for posting

kristin553 Like this...don't feel bad u didn't buy tge vs outfit. Never recieved!!! I see A LOT OF SCAMMERS ON POSH...so many that I actually don't even wanna do it and I just started. I do ebay and never have issues. I oredered like 5 things rute away and only 2 people shipped! :( 1 never received and 2 said they couldn't ship!! Ridiculous. I'm so surprised at the amount of scamming on this site :( I was so excited to start and I'm so turned off by It now.

bschieber @kris_marie123 yea u just have to watch there feedback hun I been scammed 2 times 1 not to long ago but I am going through and legally not because it was just 85 dollars jeans the fact she stole from me and I dint won't her to ever take from someone else she got mw and couple girls.

urbantrendz I filed a claim through here and I've also made police report and nothing gets done! Its not fair that people can just steal like that I've been scammed twice once with a girl who I had traded with previously and everything went fine so you never know who's going to scam you :(

sac65621 What about when someone opens a case and either damages your item to get a return approved or switches your good item with their bad one and sends it to you? Would that qualify as mail fraud as well?
