@jcarnel dress lying flat hips from left side to right across front is 16 inches, waist measured the same way is 14 inches

@jcarnel my daughter wore it once for about 3 hours- she was between a size 4 and 6 in the picture. The dress has about 2% spandex so it fits the body really well
