I usually need an xs in jackets does this fit small?

@carlyrianna I wear a size 2-4 and it fits me perfectly. Please keep in mind the shoulder have some light padding for shape. If you take a size 2 it should be fine. I cannot guarantee sizing though I'm sorry.
