@vgoshen hello Vicky yes these are my last pair ! I reordered twice .. The waist is elastic and ties also the material is stretchy as well .. So if you are on the smaller size of 6 I would say it would work . For example buyers who wore a size 10 -12 bought large I may have the waist measurements posted I will check because I am not home to check the pants

@vivacouture I guess I'm not quite sure what size I would need. I wear a 4/5; or sometimes a 7, depending on the cut of the pant/jean, because I'm very curvy. So consequently, I don't know if I'd be a S or M??
