missaisha555 @tfilip04 it's the worst I suffer from it but I have not had it this bad ( last time was about 8 years ago) my blood pressure was so low but I'm felling a little better today!

tfilip04 That's how I found out I had it! I went to the doctor because I would be standing still and the slightest movement would make the entire room spin! I would have to stop and try to catch my balance all day.. They told me my blood pressure was really low and that I had vertigo.. Very scary.. I always felt like I was going to pass out. I got really nervous with the kids.. It gets worse and worse every time I get it. Have you had it before as well? @missaisha555

queeneofshoes @missaisha555 Have you had your iron levels checked? I suffered from the same and I finally found out I am anemic 😢 Being a Vegan will still provide you with all the necessary nutrients but if you are Anemic you will also need to supplement. I am now on a multivitamin along with enhanced iron supplements.

missaisha555 @queeneofshoes hi I'm borderline (always for years been) anemic it runs in my family and now with becoming vegan I need to take more iron I'm sure that's probably why I've been so weak I get weekly shots of b12 but I guess not enough

queeneofshoes @missaisha555 I completely understand I actually have Celiac Disease which keeps me from absprbing the proper amount of nutrients from my foods. And no the shots are probably not enough you definitely need to supplement and you need prescribed iron with Vitamin c and Folic acid. You should also have your Potassium and Magnessium levels checked it's not something they check for normally. Hope you feel better.
