katching28 @cobuehlman Isn't is amazing! I love the NICU. I had my mind made up even before nursing school that I wanted to work with kids. I was drawn to peds at first. Took a peds/NICU float position then eventually transitioned to a FT NICU after 8 yrs. Happy poshing to you as well!
