emilialuczak@alinicole01 waist is 10.5", inseam is 28". There is 8% spandex, so they do have some stretch.

emilialuczak@alinicole01 I'm not sure, they are roughly 8.5" from crotch to waist, so not low rise, but I'm not sure they go all the way to the waist.
