@master30 it is pretty narrow through that center band. I bet it would fit. I modeled it in the last picture. I'm small on the top half and curvy on the bottom. I can wear 0 or 2 in most dresses. Now that I've put it back on I've fallen back in love with it!!! I only wore it once and it has been hanging in my closet for years. Let me know if you want measurements or anything. I may have to keep it if you don't want it! 😊

Thanks for the reference :) I love, love, love this dress. But I think I'm still too small for it. I am 32 up top and jeans are 24. I think it might just be a tad too big. Ugh!!! does it tie in the back?

@master30 honestly, I think it could fit a 0. It does not have a tie, but that ribbon in the center makes it pretty narrow. But here are some measurements: underarm to underarm 15 inches, ribbon around ribs 14 inches, and then it flares out a bit to 17 inches for the hips but I would be more concerned about the top part fitting around your ribs. It fits me, but when I take a deep breath and expand my lungs, it's tight! I wouldn't be eating a big meal in this dress! ☺️
