Are the straps adjustable? What are bust and waist measures?

@jillianka so sorry for the late response, phone issues. Yes the straps are adjustable. Bust and waist measurements are hard to say. It's completely pleated, so it can stretch quite a bit. There is a black sash that comes with the dress to be tied at the waistline. Would you like a model picture?
